Water Droplet Experiment

Today, took some time to setup a drip and tray, and using 2 off shoe flashes experimented taking of water droplet.  Here are a few of the nicer shots.

    • Thanks Avon.

      Improvise a drip. I used a plastic bottle taped a old tap to it and mount it onto a tripod. To freeze the droplet, I used 2 off shoe speedlight flashes at 1/64 power. Low power allows faster recycle time. Shots were taken with either 100 or 180mm macro lens at 1/200s, f14 and ISO320.
